Welcome to Almadale Farms
Almadale Farms, located in northwest corner of Collierville, Tennessee, is a well established community with 280 homes on 140+ acres. We are a very desirable neighborhood and maintain strong property values. Our neighborhood offers a clubhouse, 2 pools and 2 lakes within 16 acres of common open space. Sidewalks, park benches, and lamp posts throughout add to the ambiance.
Almadale Farms is zoned for the premier Collierville School District. The schools our children attend are Bailey Station Elementary (K-5), West Collierville Middle (6-8) and the newly built Collierville High (9-12). There are also 3 private schools nearby: Briarcrest Christian School, Evangelical Christian School, and St. George's Independent School. As a bonus, Collierville has satellite centers for the University of Memphis and Southwest Community College.
Almadale Farms is bordered on the east side by Robbins-Halle Nature Preserve. This preserve is 99.89 acres of natural land with wetlands and walking/biking trails. It is managed by the Town of Collierville Parks and Recreation Dept. There are also several public parks located nearby that include sports fields, walking trails, and lakes for fishing.
Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and other services make the living experience complete!
We want YOU!
Want to get involved? The Almadale Farms HOA will be adding additional Board members. If you are interested in serving, please submit a short bio about yourself and why you would like to join the team.
Also, we are always looking for committee volunteers in any capacity. We have strong volunteers on the Pool and Landscaping Committees taking important roles in our improvement strategy. As we look ahead to our next 2-5 year plans, the Board will lean on these volunteers to provide suggestions for our quest to be the best we can be.
Please let us know what you would like to do for our neighborhood.
Create and access your account with our association management company here. You'll need your account number, provided to you by mail, and your email address. If you get stuck, call Rebecca White at (901)457-4815 for help.
