Diane Logston's 14 year old shih-tzu is lost! Please help find her. She got out of the house Wednesday around 10 am from Newton Nook which backs up to Halle Plantation. Chu-linn  is about 9 pounds, blondish very short hair and wearing a pink collar with red rabies tag. She is a little senile and may try to bite. She is also ill, so don't try to pick her up. Please call Diane if you see her at 861-0392 or 219-4860.   Update: Chu-linn was found later that afternoon. The lady who found her took her to the Pet Hospital across the street. Chu-linn was dehydrataed and given fluids. She is home and recouporating nicely.

Please help find Chester! He is a gray tabby cat with white accents. He is about 14 pounds and nine years old. Chester got out Tuesday evening. He is normally very friendly, but is probably scared and hungry at this point.   Chester's family just moved here from South Carolina. So he is not familiar with the area. Missing Cat Dave & Jan Kemme's cat “Jill” is missing. She’s predominately an indoor cat, but goes outside once in awhile. She usually is out about an hour or so at a time, but she went out Thursday or Friday morning and we haven’t seen her since. She was badly injured, but is on the mend now after extensive surgery.

Two beagle-like dogs were found in Halle Plantation Friday, August 24th. The male was brown and the female brown & white. Both had no collars. They were taken to the Collierville Animal Shelter. Please call the Shelter at 457-2670 to claim these missing pups.

A shepherd looking dog (black body, white feet, brown face) was found in our area. About 2 years old and 40#. If you know the owner of this dog, please tell them the dog was taken to the Collierville Animal Shelter Saturday, July 21st. The number is 457-2670

Border Collie Found in Almadale Farms Black & white border collie found Sunday, July 1st. She looks to be 4 or 5 years old and has a pink collar, but no tags. About 40 pounds. Call Jeanne if you know where this very sweet dog's home might be (292-6424).   Update: Jeanne was able to locate the owner in the Kimbrough & Farmington area.

Mason Is Missing Mason is about 7 years old. He is dark brown but might look light black/brunette to someone else. Very well-defined white marking/stripe down front of chest. It is about 1-inch wide all the way down under his chest. He is neutered. His hair is shiny. Light brown/chocolate eyes. Mason weighs 57#.   American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier/Lab Mix Very friendly to people, loves women and female dogs. Considers himself a "Casanova." Was not wearing his collar nor tags on the morning he dug out.   Disappeared on 12/31/06 around 7:00 a.m. (New Year's Eve.) Very concerned that he is also missing his dosages for heartworm preventative each month. A redish-brown dog, similar to a Vizsla, with no collar was found wandering the neighborhood January 16th.The dog was kept for a few days but now has been taken to the Collierville Animal Shelter where she(?) will be looked after until her owner comes for her or she is adopted. The number of the shelter is 457-2670.
