Meet your 2008
Board of Directors
Renee Samuels is president of our board of directors.
She presides at all meetings of the board and the membership and keeps in close contact with Daphne, who manages the
day-to-day administration of the association. Renee is also the liaison to the Garden & Beautification Committee. To

Len Hostetter Vice -President and also liason to the Architectual

Mary Jane Doran has the postion of secretary. She is responsible
for recording the minutes of the board and the membership. MJ also writes the newsletter and maintains the website for the

Tom Powell is our treasurer for the association. He works
closely with Daphne, who performs the day-to-day record keeping functions of the homeowners association. Tom is liaison to

Annette Lusk is the liaison to the Volunteers & Special
Projects Committee. She is instrumental in finding volunteers for neighborhood events and monitors the costs involved.
Drew Johnston & Jay Dennis are also Board Members.
