The Almadale Farms HOA has hired Environmental Landscapes to maintain our common grounds and plant fall and spring seasonal
color in the entrances and around the clubhouse. Our Garden & Beautification Committee will continue to be responsible
for checking on the condition of the entrances and clubhouse plantings, as well as choosing "Yard of the Month."

Do you want to have your yard in the running for “Yard of the Month”? If so, consider the
following criteria:
- Be sure your home is in compliance with the covenant rules and is up
to date on dues.
- Make sure your lawn is neatly
cut, edged, and free of weeds, and brown spots.
- Follow the
covenant guidelines for trees.
- Provide and manicure shrubbery and foundation plantings
that enhance your home.
- Add seasonal color.
- Consider
the elements and principles of design, especially balance and proportion, in your landscape's overall appearance.
Our committee looks forward to many beautiful landscapes that
will make our selection difficult, but varied and fun. Please volunteer to help if interested.
